We will only use this information within the Black Lung Clinic and Washington and Lee University for purposes of the Clinic and Clinic-related communication. We do not sell or rent any contact information or e-mail addresses to anyone outside the Black Lung Clinic. If you wish to be removed from our e-mail list, please contact us.

Please be aware that none of this information can be used by anyone to identify you. We use this session information - including your specific Web browser vendor and version, the type of computer operating system you are using, and the IP address of your computer - to help us better design and structure our website.
